Villa Punta Negra is the newest addition to our family of vacation rentals in Tenerife — and our closest one to the sea. Just 75 metres separate the villa from the Atlantic ocean, with Playa de la Arena a 5-minute walk away and the dramatic Acantilados de Los Gigantes rising on the horizon. A seafront villa for 6 guests with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room and a private outdoor pool. The lower terrace is built for fun — billiard table, ping-pong and football table keep the kids busy for hours — while the upper balcony with dining table and second-floor solarium offer some of the best sunsets on Tenerife's west coast.

Sleeps 6 across 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, giving plenty of sleeping options for families or groups of friends. The villa includes a private garage with additional parking, a private garden and a layout that's suitable for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility. Kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, blender, toaster and barbecue spices. Comfort: broadband WiFi, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hair dryer and a baby high chair. Entertainment: billiards, ping-pong, foosball, stereo sound system, TV with antenna/cable/satellite, beach chairs.
